• File maintenance to keep your data fresh with changes, deletions, additions and/or updates
• National Change of Address (NCOA) validates data and ensures the recipient has not moved, and providing a forwarding address when available
• Delivery Service Frequency (DSF) checks to see if the recipient address is valid and deliverable (This is required to take advantage of First Class Presort discounts, and must be done every six months. Diversified Data is one of very few companies to have this service in-house.)
• We can archive, provide history, or update demographics
